woah! i don't know very much about parliamentary procedure yet, so don't put much worth into these ideas. this page is only on my website because i decided to put most of my ideas on my website, rather than writing them down privately.
lay on the table should cause the motion which is layed to come up automatically as soon as another main motion is in order (and to come up as unfinished business in the next mtng)
