AmendableCode? will be a webservice for group governance with the following distinct features:

• based on the novel Fluid Democracy democratic process
• patches its own source code, or runs other commands on the server, when the group passes a resolution directing it to do so -- in this way, even the administration of the website is decentralized to the group membership
• optionally, uses Iterated Giving to unevenly distribute more voting power to the most highly regarded group members
