i did a little Googling on Dec 27 2021 and couldn't find a more recent poll by Brian Leiter. An (older, 2012 version?) of that poll is cited in the 6/9/21 draft of Making the Most of Philosophy Grad School with an Eye to the Job Market by Dan Korman. Other lists of top journals? Not sure. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Journal_ranking lists some citation metrics: impact factor, citescore, SCImago Journal Rank , h-index , Eigenfactor. Here's the Scimago Journal & Country Rank for philosophy: https://www.scimagojr.com/journalrank.php?category=1211 (the top 3 are the same, ordered differently, as the top 3 of the Leiter 2018 poll). https://scholar.google.com/citations?view_op=top_venues&hl=en&vq=hum_philosophy is an h-index journal ranking for philosophy (you have to go down to rank 20 in this list to cover all 3 of the top 3 of the Leiter 2018 poll). http://www.eigenfactor.org/projects/journalRank/journalsearch.php does not appear to list any of the top 3 journals from the the Leiter 2018 poll at all. Sooo... i guess the lists to look at of top philosophy journals are probably:

So, i think it's fair to say that the top 4 general philosophy journals appear to be: Philosophical Review, Nous, Mind, Philosophy and Phenomenological Research.

So this suggests that the top 2 philosophy journals might be Philosophical Review and Nous, and the next three might be Philosophy and Phenomenological Research, Mind, Philosophical Studies; and possibly Australasian Journal of Philosophy should be included here as well (it is not in the 4th list but i think it is mentioned in the discussion on that page, as "AJP"). Out of those, https://www.apaonline.org/general/recommended_links.asp?cc=33093 lists all except Philosophical Studies and Australasian Journal of Philosophy, so we're back to the list of the first 4 items in "out of this union, the subset found in all 3 lists, ordered by median rank", above:

Philosophical Review, Nous, Philosophy and Phenomenological Research, Mind

So these would appear to be among the top English-language philosophy journals as of this writing (Dec 2021).
