Don't panic. Or, don't flip out. Or, don't overreact and make things worse.

If you think something is a big deal, maybe it's not as big a deal as you think. Maybe the extrordinary measures that you think are called for, aren't. Maybe you should just keep plodding along and doing what you're doing.
