it seems to me that newcombs' problem ( http://wiki.lesswrong.com/wiki/Newcomb%27s_problem ) may have something to do with quantum physics, as the conflict between the rationale for the one-box choice and the two-box choice is like the conflict between an 'if this happened, then that happened' symmetric (a)causality (entanglement) and a linear causal chain view of time.
