AmendableCode is a pending open-source software project to implement Fluid Democracy (details) in software, with a website. The democratic process will be used to decide which proposed patches to accept into the AmendableCode software project. The AmendableCode software will conduct the votes and apply to itself whichever patches are accepted. PieTrust (details) will be used to divide votes between the contributors (it will not be one person, one vote; the most involved and most competent contributors will have more votes than others; PieTrust will be used to distribute votes rather than profits, although if AmendableCode made money, PieTrust would be used to distribute profits, too).

CommunityProgrammableWiki is the predecessor to this project.
